Pinnacle’s own surveys and independent research by Greenwich Associates show that we are excellent at meeting our clients’ needs in an engaging way that results in great loyalty.

Awards from Greenwich Associates
Financial consulting and research firm Greenwich Associates recognized Pinnacle for the sixth consecutive year for distinguished service in five categories, including regional awards for overall satisfaction in small business and middle market banking. The firm also won regional awards for cash management and likelihood to recommend.

High Scores on Client Satisfaction Surveys
While we appreciate awards from independent third parties, we find the most value in hearing straight from clients. Pinnacle is intentional about surveying clients to see what’s working and what we could improve. We are proudest that 96.7 percent of respondents agree that “Pinnacle is recognizably better than its competition.”

External research and client feedback validate the importance of Pinnacle staying the course with the same business strategies we’ve employed since the firm’s inception.
